Turned sponsor pressure into finance transformation and faster cash capture.

Translated a private-equity cash-capture directive into stabilized revenue recognition, approval, treasury, integration, and close-stabilization changes across a global business.

Also improved approval workflows for earlier invoicing and cash capture, matured treasury processes, fixed PDFs, mitigated scripted technical debt, expanded email-enabled invoice approvals, led technical solutioning for data warehouse, HRIS, and travel/expense integrations, and worked with partners and C-suite stakeholders.
